Recovering Process (Recovering of CFC gas, air bags and liquid)

We offer price quotes in real-time checking our own inventory system, SPN and other affiliated online systems. We help our customers streamline their operational process.

1. Recovering & Storage of tires and fuel

We pull out fuel at a facility separate from the main building. The facility is designed to secure the safety standards based on the fire law. It has a storage capacity of up to 600-litter gasoline.

2. Recovering of reusable parts for domestic sale.

We thoroughly inspect our reusable parts for domestic sale. Removed parts are then washed and cleaned. Undergoing another inspection, they are inventoried and stored.

3. Recovering of CFC gas, liquid and air bags

We pull out CFC gas with full attention as the most crucial process in recycling, and remove air bags as well. We extract even a small amount of residue of coolant, brake oil, power steering oil, transmission oil, and differential oil using especially designed extracting equipment. Two pieces of such equipment are available at the site.

4. Dismantling process at the fire-proof working area & recovering exporting parts

After dismantling major items, remaining parts are categorized into small groups to further reduce automobile shredder residue (ASR). They are sorted out according to the types, such as steel or nonferrous metal, to make them recyclable.

Our parts are washed and cleaned up one by one and given a thorough inspection. Especially engines are tested with a starting device, and certified. They come with a warranty.

We have a well-equipped facility to load the exporting containers efficiently and safely.

Our inventoried parts are ready for the same-day shipping. They are shipped in a package uniquely designed for the shape of the parts.

Our parts are all clean and tested after manual dismantling. They are inventoried according to their makes, models and colors. Furthermore, taking advantage of on-line affiliation with other SPN members, we are ready to meet customers' unique needs.
